ARRIVAL
Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. Between check-in and getting access to your room and check-out and departure, you may store your luggage in our luggage store area.
The reception is open for our guests from 07:30 to 21:00.
DOGS
Your four-legged friend may of course come with you – just let us know. We charge € 17.00 per dog and day, not including feed. We reserve the right to charge a one-off cleaning fee of € 60.- should there be any heavy soiling. To maintain our high hygenic standards your dog is not allowed to lie on the bed this is strictly forbidden! No access to the restaurant, bar, lounge, swimming pond (Gardens) or the health areas. Please bring bedding for your dog. Dog beds and accessories for hire are not included in the offer. There is a ‘Dog Station’ at our car parking area. Dog owners are 100% responsible for their dogs and for any damage they cause.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
You can pay us using Visa, MasterCard, debit card and in cash. Company invoices and cost transfers are also available. The deposit for your booking can be effected via our booking system. For reservations during the Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Mardi Gras period a deposit of € 200.00 is due. For bookings at the turn of the year, there is also a New Year’s Eve surcharge of € 100.00 per room.

GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS
Austrian hotel terms and conditions apply In the event of early departure, the full package price will be charged. Please note that in the event of cancellation or early departure, charges apply, as per ‘AGBH’ (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel sector).
SEPPL’S CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Things may happen in between times and you might have to cancel the stay you have booked with us. Not a problem. Please let us know straight away.
Direct bookings (direct via the hotel website, e-mail or telephone) will enjoy favourable cancellation conditions in contrast to bookings made via third-party platforms, e.g. booking.com.
The Seppl’s flexible cancellation conditions apply to all direct bookings. For all other, non-direct bookings, Austrian Hotel Regulation cancellation conditions apply. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance. This is available via our partner EUROPÄISCHE REISEVERSICHERUNG.
A COMPARISON OF OUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
SEPPL’S CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Valid for direct bookings
- Free cancellation up to 3 days before your holiday is due to start!
- In the event of late cancellation just 80% of the package price is to be paid.
- For no-show, late arrival or early departure the full amount will be charged.
- Last-minute bookings up to 3 days before you are due to arrive may be cancelled free of charge up to 6.00 p.m. on the day you are due to arrive.
- Non-cancellable rates cannot be cancelled free of charge. They may however be re-booked free of charge.
- Excluding: Christmas celebrations 24th December to 6th January | Mardi Gras holidays | 10th of July to 10th September: there is a cancellation period here of 14 days before arrival. Late cancellations are charged at 80%.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AS PER AUSTRIAN HOTEL REGULATIONS
- Valid when booked via third parties and platforms (e.g. booking.com)
- Free cancellation up to 12 weeks before the start of your holiday
- Up to four weeks before you are due to arrive, a cancellation fee of 40% of the package price is due.
- Up to 7 days before you are due to arrive, there is cancellation fee of 70 % to be paid.
- Late arrival will incur 90% of the package price.
- For no-show, late arrival or early departure the full amount will be charged.
- Non-cancellable rates cannot be cancelled free of charge. These are also not free to re-book.
